Adds highlighting of JSLint validation errors to Resharper in Visual Studio.

Dependencies
JSLint and Resharper are of course courtesy of respective, and JSLint copyright/license is embedded and written to appdata folder.
I also used and slightly modified some of the code from JSLint.VS
